I prefer to use ToonBoom Harmony to clean all my shots, though I am able to use Adobe Animate and Clip Studio Paint. When allowed by my supervisors or director, I commonly like to add additional frames where applicable to help smoothen the movements of the animation that much more.

I composite primarily in ToonBoom Harmony and After Effects. I try to marry all elements of a shot while making the target tone pop and the visuals as cinematic as they possibly can be. Personally, until I can feel the emotion the shot is trying to convey just by looking at a still frame of it, I don't consider the compositing finished.
In my final year at Columbia College Chicago, I came to the realization that my school had never entered the 24 Hours Animation Competition; a contest that had been running for 18 years at the time. I was determined to change that. So, for the 19th year, I organized a team of 5 (including myself) to compete. Together, based on the given prompt "What would will the world look like years from now?", we created the 30 second short "Brain Freeze" to answer the question: 'sitting alone at our computer screens, mindless'. Perhaps a little dark, but in our defense it was made when the pandemic was still ongoing. Still, I am very proud of what we made, as not only did we finish 72nd out of over 230 entries, but we finished 1st place in the Behind the Scenes portion of the competition. Furthermore, we are also proud to be featured in ToonBoom Animation's 2022 Educational Reel.
